Sponsorship Terms & Conditions

These terms are subject to change at any time and you will be notified by email if they are changed.

• All sponsorship payments are non-refundable.
• All sponsorship packages for boutiques have a 3 month minimum agreement term.
• After sending us a payment you are considered a 'sponsor'.
• As a sponsor you will not receive any physical goods for your payments to NashvilleFashionEvents.com.
• Your sponsorship payments will be used to benefit our Mission.
• As a sponsor you may opt-out by email of being mentioned anywhere on our website if you have privacy concerns.
• We can decline any sponsorship and refund monies for any reason.

Boutique or Fashion Related Business Benefits of Sponsorship

As a boutique you can sponsor us monthly on several financial levels as stated below. Each level of sponsorship has it's benefits and rewards. Your business must have a close connection to fashion or be a boutique in order to be eligible for these benefits. All sponsorships in this category have a minimum term of 3 months.

Bronze ($50/month)

• We will list your boutique on our sponsors page
• Receive a Boutique Profile on our website with video, photos, and your contact information
• Receive priority attention in our promotion efforts for your events
• Full coverage of any in-store or store related events from our writers & photographers

Silver ($100/month)

• All the benefits of Bronze
• One Photoshoot per month highlighting 8-12 items in the boutique
• Publish a blog post and photo album with the photos and promote it to our extensive audience
• Add your Facebook & Twitter feed to your boutique profile on our website
• We will include you in our Fresh Fashion Update feed and automatically publish any photos you put on facebook/twitter

Gold ($200/month)

• All the benefits of Bronze & Silver
• We will include any articles from your blog (if you have one) in our fashion news feed and on your Boutique Profile.
• Shoot & edit one Boutique Crawl Video per month in your boutique where you can talk about your new arrivals and show off different aspects of your boutique
• We will put you in our ad rotation on all pages on our site with other Gold+ sponsors with a link to your profile

Partner ($300/month)

• All the benefits of Bronze, Silver, & Gold
• 2 hours of marketing, technology, and social media consultation per month
• Any of our on-air talents who are on video may ask to pull from your boutique during event coverage and we will promote your boutique on video for the event coverage
• You will be able to tag any photos published on our website with a link to your boutique page if someone is wearing something from your boutique.
